They are fashioned from recycled cardboard tubes, Martha Stewart tissue paper, vintage french wired ribbon and finished with a red ruffle trim I found at my favorite second hand shop "The Bargain Bin" in Montour Falls NY. I don't think they have a website but they sure have bargains!
